Returns (Refunds)

You can request a refund within 3 days of the product delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

Innerwear (e.g., socks)

Lingerie, undergarments, underwear, perfumes, make-up and vests.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a quality check. This process may take up to 2 business days.

After the quality check is complete, and if the item meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Please note that a shipping fee of INR 99 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the original shipping costs.
Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 7 days of the product delivery date.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we'll be happy to help you find another item from our current selection that you'll love.

Any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be borne by the customer. We will inform you of the difference and how to pay it before shipping the new item.

Exchange Process: The original item must first be received and undergo a quality check. Once the quality check is complete, the new exchanged item will be shipped within 10 business days.

Inventory Fluctuation: Please note that due to the nature of online retail, items may occasionally go out of stock between the time you place your exchange request and when we process it. If this occurs, we will issue a full refund for the original item, and the INR 99 shipping fee will not be charged.
Fees

A shipping fee of INR 99 will be applied to all successful exchanges. This fee covers the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.
