Active Programme Policy

The following general terms and conditions apply to all Active Programmes, unless otherwise specified in the individual programme rules:

• No Purchase Necessary: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no purchase is necessary to enter an Active Programme.

• Content Usage Rights: By participating in an Active Programme and submitting content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, etc.), participants grant Pushing Twenty Fashion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the submitted content in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in connection with the Active Programme and for promotional purposes related to Pushing Twenty Fashion, including but not limited to posting/reposting and using/reusing the content whenever we want. This includes the right to use your name and likeness in connection with the submitted content.

• Publicity: By participating in an Active Programme, participants agree to allow Pushing Twenty Fashion to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

• Data Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with an Active Programme will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.pushingtwenty.com/privacy-policy.

• Modification/Cancellation: Pushing Twenty Fashion reserves the right to modify or cancel any Active Programme at any time, for any reason.

• Technical Issues: Pushing Twenty Fashion is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors, or other issues that may affect the operation of an Active Programme.

• Release of Liability: By participating in an Active Programme, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pushing Twenty Fashion from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Active Programme.

• Final Decisions: All decisions of Pushing Twenty Fashion regarding Active Programmes are final and binding.

• Governing Law: These general terms and conditions and the rules of each Active Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
